At Salvador, at the Nautical Tourist Terminal, in the Comércio neighborhood. In Morro de São Paulo, on the pier of Morro de São Paulo.

How soon should I arrive?

Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.

Can I take luggage?

One suitcase weighing up to 23 kg per passenger. Excess baggage will be charged.

What happens if the sea is rough?

In case of rough seas, transportation will be carried out semi-land.

Is there a possibility of the route being semi-terrestrial?

Yes. In cases of rough seas and strong winds.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

In case of delay, the passenger will miss the trip and the amount paid will not be refunded.

Can I rebook my ticket?

Yes. The ticket can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, with an administrative fee of 10% of the ticket price.

Do children pay?

Children aged 6 and over pay for a ticket. Children aged 5 and under travel free.

Can animals board?

Yes, in transport boxes suitable for pets. During the journey, the animals cannot leave the boxes.

Can I buy a return ticket?

Yes. Also guarantee your return ticket.

What is the capacity of catamarans?

The Ilha Bela III has capacity for 122 passengers and the Viva Morro, for 55 passengers.

How does it work in case of cancellation?

Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before boarding, with an administrative fee of 10% of the ticket value.
