Nausea

  • First of all, it is important to know that the possibility of seasickness during the journey depends on several factors, such as sea conditions and the passenger's organic predisposition.
  • For those who are more prone to seasickness, we first recommend a light diet and no alcoholic drinks before the trip. In addition, those who are more cautious can take an anti-sickness medicine of their choice 30 minutes before boarding.
  • Likewise, it is important to take a bottle of water to hydrate yourself and, if you forget, we have onboard service on the vessel so you can buy it from one of our crew members.
  • During the trip, another important tip for first-timers is to position yourself so that you have the wind in your face and always look at the horizon.
  • If necessary, our crew will always offer full support to passengers.

Extra care

  • Obviously we couldn't help but tell you something basic: use sunscreen! Even if you are in a covered location during your trip, it is important to protect yourself. Essentially, bring caps, sunglasses and all the protection you feel necessary.

Post-trip

  • As soon as you reach the Morro de São Paulo or Salvador, it is normal to be surprised by the feeling of “solid ground”. Therefore, hydrate yourself, especially if you have a lot of contact with the Sun. If possible, wait a few hours before eating anything. Choose light and nutritious foods.
  • Buy your ticket on our virtual store and take the first step towards discovering this paradise!
