Crossings on São João will be interrupted

Intercity sea crossings will be interrupted during the São João period due to state decree No. 20,544 of June 14, 2021. In accordance with the decree, in the current context, IBTM will suspend trips between Salvador and Morro de São Paulo in the period between June 22 and 27, 2021. Below, in full, is the article of the decree that suspends the circulation of vessels on intercity trips:

Art. 2 - From 8pm on June 21, 2021, the circulation, departure and arrival of ferry boats and catamarans are suspended, throughout the State of Bahia, until 5am on June 28, 2021.

Although we cannot carry out the crossings during the São João period, we take the opportunity to wish everyone happy June holidays. Above all, we wish you all health and good fun with your family. Starting next week we will be back with our navigations. See you soon!
